2. NATURE OF SERVICES PvaNovaIT provides premium digital infrastructure, including but not limited to phone-verified accounts (PVAs), aged social profiles, payment gateway setups, and proxies (collectively referred to as “Digital Assets”).
3. OPSEC AND USAGE GUIDELINES
- Responsibility: Upon the delivery of Digital Assets, the buyer assumes full responsibility for their use.
- Security Protocols: To ensure the longevity of the accounts, buyers must strictly adhere to our recommended Operational Security (OpSec) guidelines. This includes using clean, dedicated residential IPs (proxies) and high-quality anti-detect browsers.
- Third-Party Terms: Buyers are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of the respective platforms (e.g., Google, Stripe, Venmo, TikTok). We are not liable for account suspensions or bans resulting from the buyer’s violation of third-party policies, aggressive marketing tactics, or poor IP management.
4. PAYMENT AND AUTOMATED DELIVERY
- Payments: All payments must be completed in full before the delivery of any Digital Asset. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Delivery: We pride ourselves on instant automated delivery. Upon successful payment confirmation, account credentials, cookies, and relevant setup data will be delivered immediately to the buyer’s registered email address.
5. REPLACEMENT WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
- Replacement Guarantee: We offer a strict Replacement Warranty for accounts that drop or face issues within the specified warranty period stated at the time of purchase.
- Conditions for Replacement: Replacements are only issued if the account is restricted despite the buyer strictly following our OpSec guidelines (e.g., using proper residential IPs and anti-detect browsers).
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Valid issues within the warranty period will be resolved via account replacements only.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You agree not to use PvaNovaIT’s Digital Assets for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Distributing malware or phishing links.
- Engaging in financial fraud or identity theft.
- Launching unauthorized spam campaigns. PvaNovaIT reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to our marketplace if we suspect our assets are being used for illegal purposes.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, PvaNovaIT and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use our Digital Assets. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Digital Asset in question.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the marketplace constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
